Terms of Service for StreamGuard Solutions

Effective Date: October 14, 2023 | Version 4.2.1

1. Software Installation & Licenses

When you authorize StreamGuard Solutions to install antivirus software or configure firewalls, you're agreeing to the End User License Agreements (EULA) of both our proprietary tools and third-party security vendors. We don't just put software on your machine; we integrate a defense system. You'll need to maintain an active subscription for continuous proactive monitoring.

2. Virus Removal & Data Recovery

Have you ever felt the panic of a compromised network? Our virus removal services are thorough, but we must be clear: while we boast a 99% success rate in data recovery, some extreme malware payloads may cause irreversible damage. StreamGuard Solutions provides these services on a best-effort basis, utilizing forensic-grade recovery tools.

Note: We are not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure during the stabilization phase of a recovery operation.

3. Proactive Technical Support

Our 24/7 technical support is human-powered. We don't rely solely on algorithmic bots. By engaging with our help desk, you grant our technicians temporary remote access for troubleshooting. We'll always ask for your explicit consent before initiating a remote session. It's how we keep the trust high and the threats low.

Operational Boundaries

  • Service availability may vary based on your local network configuration.
  • Clients must provide legitimate proof of ownership for data recovery requests.
  • Payment terms are net-15 for corporate consultation clients.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if a system is found to be engaged in illegal digital activity.
